Colombia: Velvety smooth. Warming scents of cinnamon and nutmeg. Bright, clean and balanced. 

Peru: Complex and layered with bittersweet chocolate tones. Smooth texture offers an elegant mouthfeel. Bright, apple acidity showing its high elevation origins. Ripe berry, grape, tropical flavors.
